This thread is waxed three cord natural linen. It is wound on a plastic bobbin. The wax coating helps the thread pass smoothly through the carpet that is being sewn. The colour is a light cream which normally is similar to the colour of the carpet’s backing. Works well for hand sewing carpets including hand sewing seams
