When trimming vinyl, the tool comes with an anti-friction boot to prevent it from scratching. The spring-loaded centre knob for height adjustment is easy to use. Takes either slotted razor blades or hook blades. Slotted razor blades work well on vinyl, while hook blades work well on cut pile carpet.
